Just interested in the best and worst things that have happened to you guys this year.

Best: Got married to a beautiful amazing woman
Best: Passed the lengthy selection process to become a US Diplomat

Worst: Got deeper in debt trying to salvage failed business ventures

All in all I this was a great year. I guess as long as myself and my loved ones are healthy, they are all great years.

Best: traveled a bunch for various events, Dallas for the All Star game, Austin for Conan, Vegas for Summer League, cruise to Mexico/Caribbean, back to Dallas for the Pacquiao/Margarito fight, any other year, if I only went to just one of those, it would've been a good year

both of my sisters gave birth to my niece and nephew

Worst: didn't gain as much college credits as I wanted.....

Best: Got hired on full-time in May after 6 months of contract work.

Worst: Went 6 months without speaking to or seeing my ex, who was still my best friend in a lot of ways.

Best: Home flooded because a pipe burst, but we basically ended up with a brand new house because of insurance after I pitched in a few dollars.
Best: Moved to a new church.
Best: Got a new job making more money working from my home and I'm in charge of the company. I just didn't fit my former employer and was glad to say goodbye. Made them a ton of money.
Best & Worst: Got an expensive new car for my wife.

I realize 2010 (and 2009 for that matter) were very bad years for a lot of people, but we are very thankful our circumstances improved considerably.

Best: Work - Had my best year, and considering our largest competitor just had a devastating article written on them on the front page of the WSJ, I already know 2011 should be a banner year.

Worst: Finally, and begrudgingly had to let some friends go. I'm getting older and I enjoy folks my own age moreso than the younger set. (cue whatever old joke you'd like...)

Best: Got an interview with Luis Felipe Sanchez, a sports writer for the Miami Herald. Also got my Ultra tickets for March.

Worst: Chargers disappoint yet again. Me and my gf broke up after dating for 8 months four days before new years.
