    I'll solve your problems.
    The cap is expected to be at $41M.
    According to me,Houston will have around $7M free under the cap with Mobley resigned, or around $13M if he's not retained.In this second case,you'll have the money to go for one 'big' guy next summer - Webber or Finley.
