There was a interesting battle between Lee/Budinger to decide who is the fifth.


But Miller has blindsided them to jump almost ahead.

 

He said 'two of our top four players are out'. He didn't rank them in order, he just said 2 of the 4 best players on the team are now out. Being that Yao and Brooks are out now, those are 2 of the best players on the team. The remaining 2 can be assumed to be himself and Scola. Collectively, they are the 4 best players on the team. No where did he rank them in order or say the 2 out are the best or the 2 in are the best.
