Rockets probably just didnt want black alternate uni's! Heres good proof!

    I think everybody remembers the rumor that the NBA didn't want anymore black uniforms, so the Rockets couldn't have those sweet black unis that somebody photoshopped. Well I guess when you are one of the NBA's poster boys, the NBA bends over backwards for that persons team! I introduce you all to the Orlando Magic's new black alternates! Don't mistake this post for be whining, cause I really like our alternates. Just thought I would pass this info along!

    The Magic have always had black as one of their colors. It goes good with their team name.

    Orlando had a black uni with the older retro uni's, not with this current design that they got a couple years ago.

    Orlando has a history with black jerseys.

    I'm afraid we need a little more than new alternates.

    what makes me mad is that i got the black rockets adidas with the red stripes but they never made a matching black and red jersey to go with it

    No. I think Francis only built the Toyota Center and that's it. Cat and Moochie probably helped him a bit.

    wait, so the "no more black unis" was just a rumor? Why act like its a fact then? Maybe houston really didnt want a black uniform...
