    I have found a few of these after I stared to throw away my boxes of old games .
    I have one of these with me now and will look for the other ones later.

    Aren't these sorta worthless if you already have Xbox Live? a 48 hr. code doesn't add two days onto your subscription's expiration date last I checked. Hope that's changed!
