    if morey got fined 100k for talking about the cba then the league needs to bring the hammer down on cuban and the mavs for this.

    5 million dollar fine. Take all their draft picks for 5 years and ban the mavs from the nba.

    Its not a matter if it hurts him. Morey said less than that and got hit pretty nicely from the $#!+head that is stern. I'm hoping the same goes for Cuban.

    I'm sorry, but David Stern is as bad as the refs he's protecting. He makes the NBA league office look completely mobbed up.

    I mean, after sending someone to break Morey's knees, it isn't too far to Dallas, right? Might as well get Cuban, too.

    ALTHOUGH....most NBA GMs and owners are a little more circumspect than Cuban when talking about free agents. Cuban might as well be wearing a "LeBron to Dallas" T-shirt wherever he goes.
