    Or is Rick Smith the man to build this franchise?

    Look, I know his past, but he still seems to be really insightful on NFL Network and I think he really has something to offer as either the new GM or as GM in waiting.

    Casserly is a great salesman. He was able to B.S. McNair and Houston fans for years before we were able to figure him out.

    Matt Millen sounds insightful on TV too. Maybe we should ask him to be our next GM instead.

    They may both know their ****, but that doesn't always translate to being a competent GM. Charlie had his chance. He failed. No do overs.

    He's definitely a moron, but whoever brought up Charlie Casserly and GM in the same breath needs a good look at our crappy drafts with him at the helm.
