:( Just saw it. Its truly a sad sad day

Broadcasted 1882 wins in his lifetime
    Broadcasted 269 playoff wins
Saw 15 head coaches in his tenure
    Lived through 9 championships

I dont know that much about him, but I always liked the guy.

    RIP Mr. Hearn

I knew his condition was bad, but I thought he was going to see another season. I can't believe this. RIP Chick Hearn. The Lakers are different now with your passing.

This is really sad. I thought he was the best, even better than Johnny Most. I love his "put it in the refrigerator" line.

One of the beauties of Getting League Pass for the first time last year was finally getting to hear chick.

    I miss him greatly.

He was definitely one of my favorite announcers in the league. Always unbiased and extremely knowledgable.

I'm glad that the Lakers won the championship this year. In a way, Chick got to go out on top.

Damn that sucks. I was hoping he'd pull out a miracle, but he led a good life hopefully for himself and will be in a better place.

    RIP
