    Hey guys,

First all, I have owned and worked on PCs all my life, so I have some questions about what's required to run on Mac's OS.

For Windows I would install Active X, Java, Flash, K Lite .. and so on to get it started.

    Are those available for Mac?

Reason I'm asking is ... my dad's friend had bought an Apple laptop yesterday, and usually he use his PC laptop to log-in to a website and watch his restaurant security cam. at home.

On the Apple however, it will log in to the website, but after 2 mins of loading .... there's just blank screens. ( where the camera views would be)

Do I need to download some software to the Mac? I believe in the PC it would need the Active X to view the site.

    thanks,

    Might just be the browser.

Chrome and Firefox are both available for mac. Maybe try one of those.

Otherwise it's hard to say without seeing the site.
