What Would Surprise Me About You?

I own a set of golf clubs, golf bag and shoes, but no tees or golf balls. I don't play and only go to the driving range!

 

Item 1

My favorite thing to do in the morning on weekends is to read for two - three hours while sipping an iced coffee drink.

Item 2

My morning doesn't end till 2pm on the weekends.

 

I have a huge collection (several Gigabytes) of internet p*rn.

I am the biggest neat freak in the world. If anything is out of place, it's not for long after I take notice of it.

(Of course, that only applies to my things! Anyone else's don't matter!)

 

I am an obsessive-compulsive-hand-washer, dinosaur geek, and have yet to kiss a girl... well that's not really surprising but it merits a free post.

I'm a buddy of MadMax (but I'm re-evaluating that after he started this thread )

I was able to get in trouble with my wife after she blamed me for a mistake she made by calling her the Julio Lugo of this household.

 

I have a lot in common with Manny, despite him being a member of the back slapping cadre (right?) and a Red Sux fan.

I also have maintained my virginity

I love Dungeons and Dragons, or at least I used to when I had free time.

Although a conservative i am not a bigot.

I do not own a firearm, despite being a vocal supporter of the second amendment.

I played football and tennis in high school, and was a member of the science club.

Despite being a long time poster that has a resonably high post count, I have never been on any list of best, most-improved, lokked-for, etc. posters. I have occasionally been mentioned individually as a good poster on several occasions though. (Big shout out to HeyP, Jeff, and Manny for those.)

 

I was captain of the football, and basketball teams in highschool, for football it was two years


I went to a highschool with 82 kids in it, this explaining the above

I spent two years in saudi arabia, but i cant talk about it or I would have to kill you all. and to be honest I dont have the time.

I married my highschool sweatheart. . . . 6 years after highschool, and over 600 miles from where we went to school together.

I was an all-state swimmer (not in Texas though); a friend from my practice team eventually made the Olympic team in 2000.

I'm probably a lot taller than you would expect.

I'm generally conservative but most of my friends end up being liberal; Protestant but most of my religious friends (especially guys I've been involved with) are Catholic or Mormon.

And - while we're discussing our love lives - while I may post various innuendo and such, it's just because I think it makes more sense to talk about it than not to talk about it. I've only slept with one person in my life.

As often as I disrespect those who claim to have fallen in love on line.
as easy as it is to find a degree of patheticness of liking somone you have NEVER met.

I also would have to admit to being extremely curious as to what one of the female posters on this board would be like to hang out with.
