    went to a halloween party tonight where we were supposed to watch Karloff's 'frankenstein' performance so I made this one this year.

    We drank tequila and listened to a podcast of the original war of the worlds broadcast instead... mostly just drinking tequila.

    Kids pumpkin is tomorrow.

    finals, that jack-o-lantern has a grisly look to the R. It seems to have crawled out of a tomb. The pumpkin looks SICK. No, seriously, it looks green... sort of like the Yahoo! :-& smiley. Is it the lightning around it?

    I will try to video-record my carving today. :cool: I'll post it if successful.

    I had the misfortune of learning about what it takes to carve out so many letters, and I did a better job with the DYNAMO one. That was the first time I used the "scrape" method for the shield... and it ended up looking GREAT.

    I must say that it wasn't all perfection on the letters. In fact, on the Houston Rockets one, it was especially difficult to carve the letters upside down. I sort of messed up and carved the "S, T, E, K", and then a big FAIL on the C and O (you can see it on the image). Notice how the C is an O. :( I swear I will not do that next time.
