    NBA sources told FOX 26 Sports Thursday the Houston Rockets officially exercised the option on point guard Aaron Brooks' contract.

    Rockets general manager Daryl Morey told FOX 26 on October 1 that the club planned to do just that. The team had until end of the month to take care of it, which was a no-brainer.

    We extend Brooks a whole two days before the deadline so that HAS to mean a trade is coming... WOW. Your logic lacks...

    Love the improvement I've seen so far from AB and really looking forward to see it continue.

    I can't wait to see what effect TMAC has on Brooks' game upon his return.
