    yeah synder was competing with O.J. Simpson for a darwin award when he got arrested.

    Synder hadn't been back more than a week from China(where he was a the scoring champ in his chinese league) when it happened

    My theory is that Kirk Snyder snapped and beat the neighbor in his sleep because the neighbor wouldn't quit calling him "Synder."

    Synder or whatever you want to call him. It soon might not matter because he's looking to be a "3-time" loser with his first at-bat.

    I'm not sure how he will avoid jail. He's trying to avoid jail by pleading by insanity.

    I mean even if he keeps sentenced to a state-hospital. I think at some point he would get released and then sent to the "big house" nonetheless
