Question about Yao and his contract...

Alright, 2 quick questions I've been wondering. Once they have been answered, feel free to lock.

First, like Tmac, will Yao's contract be paid for by insurance while he is out?

Second, if he does have to stay out all season, will his salary count against our salary cap?

You got Yes and Yes from me, but he has to be out for a year in order to be covered by insurance, Plus that the rockets can get a MLE from that.
