    He said it in the 4th quarter when the Rockets offense couldn't do anything and the Blazers cut it to like 14. It was going to a timeout and he said something along the lines of the Rockets may have premature ejockularity.

    It was coined by Keith Olbermann back in his Sportscenter days, it means a team celebrating victory before winning the game.

    He's short, stocky and puts out the fire (ie opposing team scoring runs). Best guess.
