    Fastest - 1965 Mustang Fastback with a 289 V8 and 271hp.

Slowest - 1962 Mercury "Vomit" Comet with a 6 cylinder engine of less than 200 cubic inches and a 2 speed automatic transmission. I was often beat off the line by mopeds. I wish I was kidding.

I've only owned 2 cars in my life, but the fastest would be a Honda Civic and the slowest a Porsche 914.

I was lucky. My father bought it from a dealership owned by one of his students (he was a university department chair) in Orange, Texas. It was one of the first to reach the state... silver gray with a red interior. The AC would freeze you out. When he thought it was getting a little "long in the tooth," I was able to make off with it. Of course, I borrowed it pretty often before I made off with it. If he knew I was racing the thing, he'd of killed me! It was a babe magnet.

The best part of that car was the firecracker-induced scorch mark in the back seat!

    Good times....

The Tredia had Halogen headlamps in 1985? I don't recall Halogens becoming mainstream until 1987 with the Mustang and the Taurus. In fact the first time I saw them was on the 86 Mustang SVO.

    I've owned? I've only had one vehicle. My F150, it's slow. But it's a 2002 model and has 48...almost 49,000 miles. :D
