    i have much respect for guys (or girls) who are virgins. i just hate the double standard that is involved with how many people you've had sex with.

    I agree with some people there is a double standard, but I have to disagree with you guys a little bit. I don't know many girls that would want to be with a guy who has had sex with 50 other girls. And personally, there are quite a few guys out there that wouldn't respect the guy because he's had sex with 50 people.

    By the way, don't feel you have to be a "stud" according to the old double standard... if I was inexperienced, I wouldn't really want to be losing it to someone who had been practicing with women all over town. I'd feel unimportant, and wonder how I would measure up. I was looking for a male virgin (well, not anymore of course :) ) and was fortunate enough to find one.

    Man, and I thought this thread was about a required general education credit for A&M grads.

    Personally, I never had a problem with a date who had been around the block quite a few times as long as she wasn't completely reckless or hurting others (cheating). To me it it is a sign of living a little and being uninhibited--things I generally like in others.
