How does AC temperature (hi/low) and how fast the fans blow in your car affect MPG?

Will a low (mildly cooling) AC and low fan speed make a significant difference over a high (coldest) AC and high fan speed? Does fan speed have a noticeable effect on MPG to start with?

i don't think the a/c fan speed has an effect on mgp. or at least it's just negligible.

There probably is an effect, but I don't know as it's all that great. I read somewhere once that driving with your windows down (thus increasing drag and making the vehicle less aerodynamic) has more of a negative effect than windows up with the A/C blowing. I don't know how true it is but it certainly makes sense.

Mythbusters did this test and found that at 35mph+ it saves more gas to drive with the windows up and the AC running than windows down. Below 35mph the air drag isn't very significant.

I'd be more concerned with the speed of your ClutchFan.
