    hey, thought about you last week when i was in santa cruz...hope things are well.

    thegary, the monkier is a nickname the other members of dmb had for leroi moore who passed away this past summer. i'm not going to regret changing it. :)

    It came out that the DMB band members had that as a nickname for Leroi Moore, and they're naming the new CD after him:
    Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King.

    If he wants to snatch it as a user name, whatever.
