    xzibit and 'pimp my ride' got to be so ridiculous with what they did with their cars, you'd hear stuff like "yo, dawg, check it out, we put a freezer in your car so you can eat ice cream while you drive" or "yo dawg, we heard you like popcorn, so we put a popcorn machine in your car so you can eat popcorn while you drive."

    the natural thing was for people to start wondering who the hell really needs a freezer or popcorn machine in their car. so naturally, the first xzibit meme was born:
