How come we can't get European Big Men.

    It seems like evey team in the playoffs all have these big guys from Europe. They're all at least as good as Cato, overall. How come we can't bring over about a half dozen to compete for the back up or co-center job?

    These guys are not Shaq, Hakeem, Ewing or Mourning, but we could sure use one or two. They also can shoot, which is supposedly something the Rockets value. What is the problem?

    You won't get an argument from me, but brace yourself for a barrage of posts about Zwicker, Mirsad Turckan, etc. and the stereotypical "white stiffs" comments.

    I understand where you're coming from. I sometimes wonder, "Where on earth did this guy come from? He's not going to be an all-star, but he's decent. I didn't even know {fill in team name here} had a center."
