    Drank Theraflu, popped some Ibuprofen and Vita C, sucked on some Ricola, ate some tomato soup and grapefruit and drank water. I think it's getting better. At least it doesn't hurt nearly as much now as before when I tried to swallow.

    Yeah, I know what you mean, my head goes sore when I hear this song. Didn't know it affected the throat as well though. Maybe Kam can help.
