    He has just been sentenced to a minimum of 15 years (and then add ons, anywhere from 1 year to 12 I believe), but that means that he will be in jail for at least 9-10 years for sure...

    I believe he was sentenced to 15 years, eligible for parole in 6 years.........

    It was 18 years according to ESPN actually. The kidnapping charge of 15 and then some other fixed deal of 3 years.

    very excessive. i cant think of too many celebrities who have committed armed robbery.....i think bernard hopkins got like 5 years...

    edit: nevermind. i didnt know there was a kidnapping charge too

    I was wondering, did Bernard Hopkins walk free on a double homicide case?

    10 felony counts, double jeopardy is a b!tch!

    Very excessive? I'd say very excessive is a double homicide that OJ should have been serving 13 years for already.

    If ESPN is anywhere near correct, he probably got the sentences stacked (concurrently) therefore the only sentence that matters is the 15 years. The 3 year sentence will be completed in full by the time he's eligible for parole for the other charge.

    I'm sure that legally every thing that happened was in the rules. Just like bringing down Al Capone on tax evasion. Whatever it takes to bring a murderer to justice.
