    I have one right now, but it's just on the chin not a complete goatee. Just don't go Jeff bagwell circa 1999 and you will have much success with your goatee.

    I'm pretty sure that Goatees stopped being cool around the late 90's. :p


    I used to sport the chin hair look for about 3-4 years. A couple years ago I just got tired of it, and have been clean shaven ever since. I think I look a lot better clean shaven, but I hate having to shave everyday.

    been rocking one since 02 really. whenever i am clean shaven i look too young. the females who i have been with since 02 all have liked it on me. i do maintain it. i did have to shave it off 2 years ago for my grandfathers death anniversary and everyone who saw me were shocked and didnt like how i looked.

    it works for some, not for all luckily it works for me

    I have to have some sort of facial hair; when I've tried to go clean shaven it just doesn't work for me.

    I rock the full beard, personally, but moved up to that from the goatee. I think a goatee is fine. If you don't like one, that's fine, too. But if a goatee looks good on you personally, there is absolutely nothing inherent in the goatee in general that would make it bad.

    What are the specific qualities that make for a good goatee? Square jaw? Dark hair? Well filled in? I had one in HS when I was just thrilled to be able to grow the stuff. And for plays and stuff.
