So I just got my 4th ticket in about a year and about 3 months

    I employ this technique for school zones. I go about 5-8 mph over the speed limit most of the time, but **** it's hard slowing down in a school zone. Without cruise control, I can't physically slow myself down to 20, it's like 25 mph, lol.

    Actually school zones are pretty easy for me. I am so paranoid about running over someone's kid so I am usually under the speed limit.

    I would suggest to get another ticket attorney.

    Then follow the rules.

    If you read what I wrote, it was pretty clear. Every court has different terms. Some include taking defensive driving as part of their terms of deferred adjudication. In fact, 4 out of the 5 counties that I did deferred adj. in required it. Granted, that was about 5 years ago now...but I wouldn't think that would have changed
