Aggies' Offense looks like it's hitting full stride.

During the situational scrimmage the defense was the story. The offense faced third-and-2 and failed to gain a first down on six consecutive running plays. They finally got a first when Dwain Goynes broke to the outside for about a 35-yard run. When they moved to a goal-line situation from the 3-yard line the offense was stopped on eight consecutive tries. For its efforts, the defense got to end practice while the offense had to put in some extra work. “It’s all about winning and losing,” head coach R.C. Slocum said. “Today’s the scrimmage the defense got the upper hand so these guys [the offense] got a little extra work.”
