I think the timer is broken because I made my pick at 5:21p and it's 9pm....yet it says that DaDa has 3hrs, 8 min to make his first pick! Man, I suggest we switch to Yahoo next year.....never had an issue
It's fixed.........(which might have been my fault, as I was trying to fix some things on the site) We have had no problems with the timer this year, outside of me setting it wrong at the beginning.....the draft has gone fairly smooth, outside of those that keep letting the time elapse. We can't do a draft this way (which as sick as it sounds, I believe everyone here likes - different) or some of the other things we like (IDP, ect.) if we switch to yahoo..........
All things considered, I think the 4 hour time limit has worked out quite well. Sure, it expired a few times, but people have let it expire with 8 and even 12 hour limits before, so it's not like anything is different with regard to that. I think I will be going with a 4 hour limit for our next baseball draft. It really seemed to minimize the frustration of waiting all day for someone to pick (somewhat).
I just need 5 minutes and DaDa will expire. Man, he must of smoked some crack along w/ the wine. Where the heck is he?
