Outside of the ballpark, where would you go for a "one of a kind" beef bratwurst? I am guessing not many places offer it here, if any.

go to Pete's Fine Meats, buy some brats and throw them on the grill.

Grill some onions, get some spicy mustard and some high-end buns and you are good to go.

This is what I do and someone at a Texan's tailgate thing said it was the best one they had and it was during a Texan's/Packer's game and it was from Packer fan. I never had a Packet brat, so I don't know to compare.

    - Buy some Johnsonville Brat from the grocery.
    - Boil them in a pot with a whole chopped onion, tsp garlic, and a 24oz Shiner Bock for 10 minutes. The house will smell like beer.
    - Throw them on the grill until they are brown all the way around.
    - Toast the buns on the grill.
    - serve with sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard.

I really like them and they are easy.

Yeah I know but there is an all-beef twin for it. You can call it a giant hot dog if you want to.

And guys, I've been buying them from the stores and doing what you just said, but I was wondering if there's a place in Houston that's known for tasty brats/hot dogs in case I'm too lazy to cook.
