My favorite beers are usually darks, but I find lights are more consistently enjoyable.

I like a lot of the stuff Leinenkugel's does, I like Dos Equis... but hey, if it's cold I'll probably drink it.

I drank a Westvleteren 8 - a mythic beast among trappist beers - which I obtained from a store clerk in Brussels a few months ago - after I proved I was worthy.

The story is QUITE pretentious, especially since most of you are unworthy.

Ziegenbock is my favorite, I really like Fischer Amber Ale, but most places don't have it. At home the keg usually has Dos XX since Corona doesn't come in a Keg and my roomate loves Corona/DosXX (shes cute so she gets what she wants). I like Dos XX Amber a bit, but usually end up drinking Budweiser because its cheap and everyone has it.

    I considered the 8 a coup...I don't even think God himself could get a 12.

As long as it is not Ice House I am ok. That crap gives me the worst hangovers of all time. Plank Road my a$$

On a side note, did anyone see the story on the news last night about Drunkenrexia? They acted like this is a new trend. People have been doing this for decades.

I think www.belgianshop.com has them for $18 a bottle. Probably always on back order, though.

I don't drink often. I can drink normal, American piss beers. I've found most other beers to be nasty.

    then I found Harp.

I tell ya, that's good stuff, and I can throw it down quite easily.

yeah good luck actually getting your hands on one! The Belgian guy told me they've been cracking down on resale/resellers recently hence the shortages.

Couldn't you have just gone to the monestary? I would've done it if I had more time last year when I was in Amsterdam.

No_answer is correct. The news made it sound like the youth of America are in a downfall to this new disorder (especially woman).

I don't drink beer, but when I do, it's usually Dos XX lager or a Negro Modelo (both with Salt and Lime)...Stella...Hell, if its on sale, I'll drink it...Sherlock's on Wed. nights has $1.50 pints so then I'll drink Michelob Ultra...

    I do like IPA's...

Edit: Nothing beats a cold shiner on draft...

Barq's, A&W, but IBC really does it well with the bottles!
Of course I prefer cola to root beer!

I can't stand the taste of beer. I don't know anyone that likes beer
the first time as its an acquired taste i'd rather not acquire.
