    Need help..... problems with internet connection.... down for about 15 minutes..... slow as hell now...... anyone else having these problems..... hope to survive to read your responses...... AHHHHH

    That sucks.

    I had to call them twice last week to send signals to my modem.

    It's probably a temporary thing...as long as your cable light doesn't go wild.

    Too many people have RR now. Gotta expect some slowdowns - should not be too notice-able (word?).

    I've had zero problems with Houston.rr since the flood. (In the Hieghts)
    Hope you guys get it corrected soon!:(

    I would suggest to shut down the computer and unplug the modem from the wall for bout 10 mins, then plug it back in and restart the computer. You will get a different IP address and should be OK afterwards. I have had RR for almost a year and seem to never have problems. They have gone down once in awhile but nobody's perfect. And I did have a problem back in July but all I had to do is replace the modem and it was free.

    I need help!!!

    I can connect to Morpheus, but every search I do comes up with nothing.

    This has been going on for at least two days. Anyone know what is goin on? Problems?

    In Houston, RR and Morpheus work fine for me.

    Maybe it's an Austin thing?

    Sometimes this happens to me..... but it if I disconnect, then connect again, it always works. Did you change any settings on your computer recently (firewall, virus software etc.) ?
