getting new jobs...

    so i am working full time at this place and just had an interview at another company. if i get the offer, do i accept the offer before i tell my current company? or do i negotiate with the current company before i accept the offer. thanks.

    Depends how much you like your current company. You can give a 2 weeks notice which is courteous or you can just bounce.

    Accept the new job, and then negotiate with your current employer. Highest bid wins, and that way you don't get hosed.

    oh. i didn't lie on my resume. i stated that i am working right now. in one of the forms, i said, only contact with current employer upon hiring here. so i don't think they will contact my current company. hm... maybe i should have told them more directly at the interview. dang.
