Computer Question....Please HELP!

Okay, even though I work with computers all the time, stuff like what has happened to me has just occurred.

I am over at my parents and while reading the BBS, I accidentally hit some button near the keypad (I don't know what for sure). The next thing I know is that my toolbar is pretty much gone. Also, the bottom bar is gone, too.

I need it back and I need it to have the "File", "Edit" bar at the top and below it the icons like copy and paste...etc.

Also, I need my bottom bar, as well, that tells me the time and what site I am at.

This has happened before and it seemed like it was fixed by a combination of F5 or F6 with the Alt button or Control button.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

BTW - It is a dell with Microsoft Millenium Edition

 

Thanks, HEAD! That is what it was..I was in FULLSCREEN mode. Problem fixed. Boy, I feel like such a dumbass!
