Even his home fans are treating him like a...dog". I felt bad then, but he's banking and doing something really fun. He should know how to deal with it.
If athletes, college or pro can't handle getting booed when they suck, then they are in the wrong business. If Simms doesn't want to be booed or can't handle it, then he should be the guy who shoots the cheese gun at James Coney Island.

I know I am pissed also, I was try to post also, they really are a bunch of whining babies. Here is my post: I am from Clutchcity.net and you people are really funny. I never went to college but always liked UT. I watched the game on Saturday and the fact is UT got punked. I love the Rockets but when they suck they suck. On Saturday UT sucked and when you look at Simms numbers you can see why they lost. Being embarrased that the fans booed Simms is ridiculous. When the Astros choked in the playoffs (again) I booed. They deserved it. So did Simms. Get over it. He is not the best player in the nation and seeing him with the Heisman trophy is laughable. I hope UT wins their bowl game and I hope that they can get a national championship next year. Hopefully Simms can mature even more next year and he wont choke for the........well I lost count

Just because I do not have that stupid piece of paper doesnt mean that I am inferior to you or anyone that went to college. I served 4 years in the Navy and have been quite sucessful with my own IT business. And I didnt need college to help me do that. I have friends of mine that have their degrees and are working for $10 an hour. I admit that I do not have every opprotunity that I wish I could because I do not have that waste of a tree you call a diploma but I am not bitter. I actually think that college for most people and for most occupations is a joke. You go and pay money to take bull$hit classes for years to find out that you arent going to make the money that you thought you would and you arent going to use most of what you learned. The majority of the jobs that people get could easily be taught OTJ. Then you have debt coming out of your ears from loans and all of those credit cards that they send you and you are making less than a third of what my uneducated ass is making.
Master, I have no debt to speak of. I guess I just had an issue with you because you are a non-UT fan who likes to start flames. You're kicking a guy (Simms) and a core of fans (UT fans) while we are down. It's uncool, but I guess it's a part of sports.
