Marilyn Manson: Antichrist Superstar Totally awesome workout music. Start at "The Beautiful People" (track 2) and just let it play. Other goodies: Republica: Republica Megadeth: Youthanasia The Cult: Pure Cult The Tragically Hip: Fully Completely But.. There is one single song that stands out as the best workout tune of all time. It isn't "Eye of the Tiger", nor is it "Paranoid" or anything by Metallica.. The undisputed winner and the best workout song of all time (at least in my mind) is: Danger Zone : from the Top Gun soundtrack "American Jesus" by Bad Religion is really good too.
Fer lifting a little weights I found White Zombie is pretty good ear candy. For spinning my wheels and riding my bike, some good bumping electronica is just fine!
Rockefeller Skank by Fatboy Slim Bodyrock by Moby Jericho by Prodigy Risingson & Teardrop by Massive Attack Chico's Groove by The Chemical Brothers Open It Up by Leftfield Like chievous said in his post, I'm more into albums than songs now, but other good workout stuff, IMO, is any good trance album, especially Tranceport by Paul Oakenfold, Out There and Back by Paul Van Dyk, and Dreamland by Robert Miles. Also, basically every CD of Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, and as HayesStreet said, any Fatboy Slim CD (although Halfway Between the Gutter and the Stars had some songs that were different for Mr. Cook compared to his normal stuff). Also, the entire Leftism cd by Leftfield...the greatest techno/electronica album of all-time, IMO. Orbital and Underworld are 2 other techno/electronica groups that have had numerous tracks that are good for this, IMO. I could try to think of some other stuff that is not techno/electronica, but I think this is enough.
Damn Crisco, you took my choices. Pantera's Great Southern Treadkill is the best cd that makes me want to go beat someone up...just stay away from suicide note part 1 and flood...both great songs, but not exactly "pump you up" kind of music...
