    The one I bolded. Do I really have to explain why I might have a problem with that? Planned Parenthood isn't like McDonald's or Target. They don't sell used cars. Having said that, we probably shouldn't be having this conversation here. :)

    I don't want to make this an abortion thread either. I was just wondering if I was wrong thinking that PP's main revenue-generation was in performing abortions, wrong thinking they don't show you ultrasounds, wrong thinking they will affirm a person's desire to have an abortion, or something else.

    I didn't want to imply that they would lie or otherwise manuever for an abortion. Only that if you looked at their underlying interests, those interests push in a certain direction, absent their ethical obligations to honest dealing.

    But they also give out (needed) free/cheap birth control. Why would they do that if they just wanted to make money from abortions? I know many girls who got their birth control etc. from them. It's a good thing.
