    haha, I spend alot of time in various gyms over the past few years, and I've never seen a stupid contraption like that before. I'm not sure what the purpose of it is anyways. Stretching is the only thing I can figure out.

    By the way, does any gym locally have those vibrating machines you just stand on for 10 minutes or so? I've heard that it is as good as doing cardio. I tried the machine once, and it was kinda weird.
