    haha na..i think that show was filmed a while back. probably last off season or something.

    shaq was doing light to medium weights..and worked out his whole body. i expected him to go crazy on the weights but i guess he is just lookin to stay loose not become goliath.

    He owns a home and has an illegitimate kid in Houston. Plus he owns that 24 hours so he's required to be there.

    The skateboard he was on was like one of those surfboard shaped skateboards. I cannot picture him grinding rails at 30.
