Just bought the CD on Sunday...... Very impressed. Its amazing that a band with their talent can be so popular. Good stuff!

My only gripe would be that they really didnt expand their sound very much from the last album. If you need refrence on this subject matter please reference AC/DC and 311.

Also, I would have liked to hear more input from their DJ and possibly some drum loops here and there.

    My wife digs Incubus...
I bought her the new album, Morning View.

She loves it. I think it's pretty good too. I wish they would expand more on the melodic stuff. That guy sings pretty good and the DJ could use some more showcasing. Otherwise a fine, new CD.

I'm actually wearing an Incubus shirt right now, I did not buy the cd though.

So this cd basically sounds the same as Make Yourself?

I really dig the new disc too..

I was introduced to Incubus about 4 years ago at a 311 Concert. Incubus was the opening band and stole the show! After the concert, my buddy and I were waiting outside to try and meet 311. We had brought some very kind nugs from Seattle to share w/ them (if we got the opportunity). Anyway, the Incubus boys came out and we ended up hanging out with them in their van. The next few times they came to Seattle, my buddy and I got to go backstage and kick it w/ Brandon (singer) and the boys. They were super cool and very down to earth. Anyway, all the backstage business stopped once they had a tourbus and a formal backstage area, but it was cool while it lasted.

I've been really diggin' on Morning View. Track #7 Mexico and Track #8 Warning are both just great songs.

I personally feel that this album is a lot more mature than Make Yourself. It's amazing to see how much their sound has changed since Science...

The best part about Incubus is the pictures of Brandon's Dad on the cover stickers on their albums.. It just cracks me up everytime!
