    Would it make any difference? Like someone pointed out..he is what he is.

    His strengths can't be improved...he can't hustle more, raise his BB IQ, learn to take more charges, increase his level of "intangibles". The things he's in short supply of...speed & athleticism...aren't things that can be worked on all that much. He is what he is. High-end role player.
