Worst Case Scenarios For Next Season

-Worst Case Scenario-

*Yao gets re-injured, another serious injury

*Mac has number of back spasms and misses almost half of the season.

*Not making the playoffs at all

*The return of Woody Allen Jr......

*We trade off the likes of V-Span, Bonzi, Snyder, and even Head but get player who is completely useless to us.

*If we make no serious moves or acquistions in the offseason, like no draft picks, no trades, or no free agent signings.

*We trade Yao or T-Mac.

 

JVG and Rafer are still here?!

Worst case: Reefer once again shooting at a torrid pace of....36% and Gumby barks at anyone who dares to criticize Reefer.

Chuck Hayes and Juwan still at the 4 and together they will be called"The Invisibles"

Gumby will stick to the 7 man rotation until they all die of exhaustion.

The bench brigade will be sitting for so long that they actually become the bench themselves.

I better stop because I'm not making any sense!

 

Please be optimistic! I hate pessimists

Rockets will be healthly
T-Mac will have another MVP-type season and wil play 80-82 games
Yao will be more aggressive not only jumpers
We will make some good decisions during the offseason
Rockets will win 50+ games in the season
Rockets and T-Mac wil make that 2nd round

 

Rockets sign a gimmicky uptempo coach (Iavoroni) that decides to trade the only actual commodity they have to acquire better talent... and the only guy who can't play run-and-gun... Yao.

 

The worst is: We do not make the playoff. I do not care who gets injured. Baron Davis was injured this season, they are still playing now.

 

DaDakota is named coach and GM, Rockets field starting five of Spanoulis, Nachbar, JJ Redick, Dan Langhi & Stromile Swift, go 7-75, use number 1 draft pick on Greg Paulus.

 

And Rafer is the asst. coach in charge of shooting.

 

worst case...that our 3rd best player is still battier.

 

Thr Rox got no respect from the officals and is given away 100 free throws every games.

 

OUCH!!! That hurts. I sure hope this is not the case.

Oh, that is one fun starting lineup, cutters, PnR players.....Forget Yao and Tmac, with that lineup I guarantee double digit wins.

The absolute worst case scenario would be a repeat of the 2005-2006 season. Please dont remind me. That was one of the worst seasons from beginning to end of any of my sports teams. (2005 Texans not included).

I had high hopes for that season and the whole thing turned into a bummer.

Even though I stil hurt from the Game 7 loss, all I must say this was a fun season. It is real nice to win 52 games (should have been 59).

I just hope that there are no injury woes for next year. Paging that Paterson guy........
