    Del Harris took the Rockets to the Finals in 1981, upsetting a heavily favored Lakers team and putting up a real fight against the Celtics. You could certainly argue that Harris did the most with the least of all of the Rockets coaches to lead a team to the finals.

    If you can't get Rudy and you want to reach back into the Rockets past for a coach and you can't get Rudy or Bill Fitch...
