RIP DJ (Dennis Johnson)

    Heard on ESPN...no link that I could find yet.

    DJ collapsed during practice (Austin Toros) and died at 52. No good.

    Austin Toros basketball coach Dennis Wayne Johnson has died, officials said. Johnson, a former Boston Celtic player, was taken by ambulance to Brackenridge Hospital after apparently falling ill at the Austin Convention Center a short time ago.

    Wow. I didn't realize his last season was 1990 and he was 52. I thought he playing in the '90s.

    I used to watch DJ all the time back in the day with the Celtics...as I'm sure a lot of us did. He was definitely a big part of Celtics history.

    He will be missed but not forgotten.
