    It seems equally likely that it was just some madman and that he actually knew.

    He certainly seemed unstable in his typing. And whoever planned such an attack would have to be insane, but in a very controlled, insidious fashion.

    I just hope the rest of his ravings were false.

    When the http://www.ifccfbi.gov site comes back up, I'll submit it there. They must at least take a look at every available potential lead.

    Manny Ramirez, in the other thread by RM95, has already reported it to the FBI tips site. I tried but could not via dial up.

    It's been submitted, and I'd be anxious to see what, if anything, becomes of it.
