Ugh. I've been asked to cook for a party of 20 tomorrow night, and I can't find my damn cookbook with my Moussaka recipe.

Tried to find it online, but I've had no success. It was a recipe that called for a parmesan custard topping, and every recipe I've found so far has nothing like it. Every recipe on foodnetwork.com had breadcrumbs in it.

Does anyone know other recipe websites??? I need this ASAP!

    Thanks!

    This one looked decent.

I have to admit, I just googled (actually, I rarely "google"--I'm fine with yahoo) moussaka parmesan custard.

That one just may work. It's different, though. I didn't sprinkle in the cheese on mine. And I wonder if I should stick with the beef and pork, as the recipe suggests, or go with the traditional lamb.

Moussaka? That exists? I thought this guy made it up:

www.allrecipes.com is the favorite at the SwoLy household (actually, the SwoLy wife). TIP: Only try the recipes with FIVE star reviews. Sorta like the GARM but for cooks.

To be fair, after googling like you did, I chose to do two different recipes, hoping that one wouldn't suck.

That said, while both turned out well, people RAVED about this recipe.... Especially women.

Definitely one to add to the cookbook.

    Thanks, bro. :)
