[Job] - Looking for Web Programmer

What's up guys. I just wanted to let you guys know tha the company i do part time web design work and managment for is looking for a part time programmer. We need someone that has good knowledge of web programming, like sql, asp, java, dhtml and more. It would be a part time - full time position. We basically had a guy that was doing it on the side for us but he takes forever to come through on his work so we need someone more stable.

We are moving forward with a lot of different things and we need someone to handle the programming back end of a lot of web forms, submitting and posting data to multiple places and just overall programming knowledge.

Yes it can be done at home as long as the work is done in a very timely manner, but he does want there to be at least a couple times a week that we meet and discuss things that need to be done and just check in.

It's all part time and it's based on the work that needs to be done. It's all basically based on how fast you can complete it. I believe it's pretty simple stuff. The main thing right now is we have online applications that in certain areas need to be double posted or redirected via scripting and stuff like that. Fairly simple stuff so it shouldn't be too hard, but at the same time we are moving forward in a lot of ways that we need more and more scripting to link databases and send data to different places which is holding us back because our programmer is so flaky and not on top of it.

You don't have to be here each day working on the stuff, we would let you know what needs to be done and would need you to do it....but meeting with us on occasion is kind of needed.
