Elevator Hack

    Someone has to try this and report back to me:

    The "hack" lets you bypass the other floors and go directly to the floor you want. I will have to try this the next time I'm in Vegas.

    I've tried it on several elevators in the past, and it's never worked for me.

    I can also say that this hack does not work. I tested it in about 30 elevators, without a single success.

    hmm, what can possibly go wrong.. :D

    I really don't want to go on a 50 floor free fall like those rides at Disney World.

    One of my recurring nightmares involves me in an elevator and the cable snaps just enough where the elevator is swinging in the shaft about to fall.

    ugh - elevators freak me out a bit. But as a necessity to most lives, i still have to ride the things.

    got stuck in one for about half an hour once. called through on the little intercom and got someone in a different state and took ages just working out where I was!
