He only missed 18 free throws his entire college career! That is ridiculous

Now, please know that I totally agree that highlight reels don't always show how a player really plays. BUT, watching Novak play this past year he seems to be extremely confident with his shot and showed a lot of range not to mention he will take it to the rack, which, by adding some beef on that 6-10 frame of his will only improve him especially on the post. Also, this guy is obviously a proven shooter. If you watch the video posted pay attention to the Marquette bench. As soon as Novak spots up they are already on their feet. That obviously says something. I think he will help us dramatically.

Wow Steve seems as though he can take guys off the dribble pretty well. He's a much better ball handler than I thought. Let's hope he's as good as this film clip makes him look.

IMHO, all he needs is hustle, and defense......... he could be our Tayshaun Prince.

    white guys rule :p

like Adam Sandler (in his strictly stand up days) once gagged "the # point line...designed to keep the white man in the game"

steve novak is my new favorite player. If all he gives us is outside shooting, but does it on a consistent basis, then he's played his part.
