I've been reading some forums and some are saying that their local Wal-Mart/Target has DS Lite in stock right now. What I'm not sure of is if they're in Houston or not. The supposed release is June 11, but if somehow it's in stores already I would love to get it. If y'all could do me a favor, check by electronics whenever you go to Wal-Mart or Target and see if they already have the DS Lite, and post here. I would really appreciate it, thanks!
now, im not 100% sure, but i swore i saw them yesterday at the Galleria Target (San Felipe/inside the loop) but calling them wouldn't hurt.
I read on another board that the Galleria Target didn't have them (or much of anything actually). In fact, while I haven't checked out that many forums, I haven't seen anyone from Houston get one yet. This might help: http://www.frappr.com/dsliteavailability
So other than being lighter and sleaker, is it the same as a DS? There's no reason to get one if you already have a DS right?
The screen is supposed to be vastly superior. I'm gonna get one strictly for my flight to Europe in August. Oh, and for New Super Mario Bros. I'll probably play that game non stop for a while.
