Best cure for hangovers?

It's the high fructose in it that does that, drinking coke does the same thing for you chemically.

I like vitamin water and have been drinking it for a while, but 90% of its benefits are all marketing. It's just sugar plus water plus a few ground up vitamins plus a cute backstory.

 

1. Take 2 aspirins
2. Take 200mg cysteine (available at specialty food stores)
3. Take 600mg vitamin C
4. Take 1 tablet vitamin B-complex
5. Mix the following ingredients together in a blender:


* 1 banana
* 1 small can V-8
* 6 large strawberries
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 cup orange juice
* 1-2 cups milk (or soy milk), to desired consistency
* ¼ tsp. salt
* dash of nutmeg

6. Drink it all up.

hair of the dog..... a good bloody mary will usually do the trick. otherwise, excederin migraine works everytime i've used it. and tons of water. and sleep.

 

should have saved the drinking until AFTER finals, no?

I just finished finals. Keep the ideas coming, I may need them tomorrow.

 

bitters and soda with about four aspirin should do the trick.

 

Gatorade. Lots of it makes me feel good.

 

I take a vitamin and tylenol before I go to bed and it seems to work...Just one or the other alone doesn't seem to work...When I work out the next day, I sweat it all out anyway...

 

water the night before, and puke the night before if you feel the need at all. then sleep. if you're hungover, sleep more.

 

alcohol + tylenol = liver failure. Be careful.

 

Squeeze or rub COLD lemon juice in your armpits. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Something about the cold and the citrus takes the hangover headache away within minutes.
