    Damn! Where were these hot teachers while I was in High School!? ;) Seriously, the guy is 18 years old & an adult by law ( the only thing is that he can't buy alcohol, like this would stop them), plus if someone cute ask you or consented with intercourse, would you say no!? :p :rolleyes:

    I just think this is silly. She wasn't even his instructor. I would understand if this guy was a minor then she should be punish harshly. ;) But I agree she was at fault. :)

    Well I can understand why people think it is silly and as I've said, I doubt she gets a very harsh sentence at all. That she wasn't his teacher isn't very important though. As a teacher, she is in a position of authority over him. The law is there to make sure teachers don't exploit that authority for sex, consensual or not. It's a good law and likely should be only lightly applied in this instance.

    So, if she told him to quit chewing gum in class, for example, he'd feel under no compulsion to obey because she's only a teacher's assistant?
